1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FoodSansar (खाद्य संसार), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Platform Description

FoodSansar is a marketplace connecting Nepali food producers and home-based food sellers with local buyers. We provide the platform — transactions and product quality are the responsibility of individual sellers.

FoodSansar does not directly sell any products. All products are listed and fulfilled by registered sellers.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on FoodSansar agree to:

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Only sell food products that are safe, legal, and honestly described
• Fulfill confirmed orders promptly and communicate delays
• Not list prohibited or counterfeit products
• Maintain one business account per user

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information when placing orders
• Pay agreed amounts on delivery or pickup
• Communicate honestly with sellers about orders and disputes

5. Account Rules

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• FoodSansar reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

6. Admin Approval

New seller businesses require admin approval before their shop becomes visible to buyers. FoodSansar reserves the right to reject or revoke approval for businesses that do not meet platform standards or violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

FoodSansar is a marketplace platform, not a seller. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of products. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly. FoodSansar may assist in mediation but does not guarantee outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of FoodSansar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
